Whisky revenge

I don’t often read the Banglore local press. But I might start after the paper broke an incredible story this week of whisky, parking and abuse of power. In a nutshell, B Muthanna, Deputy Commissioner of Police, went to the Meridien hotel with some buddies and asked for a single-malt. Having run out of single-malt, they brought him an India-made liquor instead.

Evidently Muthanna is not a fan of India-made liquor. By way of revenge, he got a no parking sign installed at the exit of the hotel and cops stopped visitors to the hotel who ignored it. He denies any involvement, but the Bangalore Mirror aren’t convinced.
